What to expect from this class:- - This will focus on wind, constipation and aims to relieve colic symptoms. - You will learn massage sequences for the abdomen to aid and assist digestion and improve gut health. - Health benefits of infant massage. - Appropriate oils to use. - How to incorporate these sequences into daily routine.
