This is a 90 minute home visit to address any birth/labour/postnatal education needs or concerns.
Service Description
What to expect from the session. This is completely tailored to your individual needs: > Education around labour, birth and pain relief options. > Address Birth Preferences. > Tools and techniques to assist with breathing and relaxation. > Practical skills for parenting and basic infant massage strokes. > Breastfeeding education and tips to assist in your postnatal journey. Before the session you will let me know your education needs and I will make a tailored session to suit these areas ensuring that by the end of session you feel knowledgeable and have plenty of skills and tools for your exciting new journey.
