Birth Education

This is a 90 minute home visit to address any birth/labour/postnatal education needs or concerns.

This is completely tailored to your individual needs:

• Education around labour, birth and pain relief options.

• Address Birth Preferences.

• Tools and techniques to assist with breathing and relaxation.

• Practical skills for parenting and basic infant massage strokes.

• Breastfeeding education and tips to assist in your postnatal journey.

Before the session you will let me know your education needs and I will make a tailored session to suit these areas ensuring that by the end of session you feel knowledgeable and have plenty of skills and tools for your exciting new journey.
